About Me

Anna Melemendjian

I have been Lino printing for nine years now.  My work depicts a moment in time, which is captured through the camera lens.

The image is transferred onto lino.

I then carve out the image using sharp chisels.  This could be multi blocks or reduction method.  Each Lino block can be printed and repeated numerous times to create a series of multi block prints or reduction prints.

Although, I have a degree in fine art, I am self taught in this process and continue to practise in the medium of lino printing as there is always something new to learn.

My Studio

My studio is in South Norfolk, where I have lived since 2018.  Here, I spend hours carving my Lino and printing with my press.  Lino printing is a technique which has many different aspects, there is so much to explore and learn with this technique, there is never a dull moment!

Please contact me below for any information about my process or if you would like to visit my studio.
